Deciding how to care for a parent or spouse is hard, and every family's situation is different. In this 30-minute phone call, Alyssa will help you think through your options: home care through an agency, hiring a caregiver privately, adult day programs, or a move to a residence.

We can talk about:

• How much care your loved one needs, and what it might cost
• Agency vs. private caregiver: the pros and cons for your family
• What to look for, and what to ask, when you hire
• Safety at home, and signs it may be time for a move
• How to share the load between family members

How it works

2. Alyssa confirms one of them by email within 2 business days.
3. She calls you at the confirmed time.
